Rotoline offers a barcode reader, where every time a code is read, the corresponding weight is automatically selected in the weighing system.
OVERVIEW
With a dosage capacity of 200 grams (0,5 lbs) up to 10 kg (22 lbs), the up to 10 kg (22 lbs) Automatic Weighing System has a simple and objective operating interface.
It is enough to program the desired weight and, every time the button is pressed, the container will be filled with the programmed weight. The system also generates daily reports, with weight information, date and time of weighing, which can be accessed through the HMI screen.
OPTIONALS
Label Printer
It has as an optional item the label printer, which prints the number corresponding to the weight that was filled in the container, with date and time indication.
EXTRAS
Bag holder
The structure of the scale allows the customer to install a holder for bags of up to 1 ton above the silo.
It is also possible to leave a bag with raw material next to the scale.Whenever the sensors identify that there is a lack of material in the silo, more raw material will be sucked in, until the available storage space is complete. The transport of the material to the storage silo is done through vacuum.
